Part-Time Sales Administrator

Friday Sunday, 9.30 am 4 pm (20 hours)
Salary - £13 - £14 per hour
Prince are working with a well-respected regional company who are seeking a Sales Administrator to support its busy sales team over the weekends. They are looking for someone who is a confident communicator with strong administrative skills. You will be joining a friendly and professional team in a varied role where full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for:
* Accurate completion of paperwork for the sales team.
* Liaise with solicitors and external stakeholders.
* Maintain internal records and prepare reports.
* Accompany customers during site visits.
* Meet and greet visitors in the sales suite.
The candidate:
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Able to manage tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
