The Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Manager to work two days a week, overseeing and processing payroll for both sites. This is a key role ensuring our teams are paid accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to our people. This role can be 100% remote if you prefer—or, if you’d like to visit the sites occasionally, we’d be happy to welcome you.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end payroll process for both sites using Fourth Hospitality
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
* Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
* Maintain employee records and handle payroll-related queries
* Support the finance team with reporting and budgeting as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in payroll management, ideally within hospitality
* Essential: experience using Fourth Hospitality payroll software
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
