Overview
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting M&M Compliance Training’s specialist courses, and maintaining regular contact with new and existing clients across the UK healthcare, Public and Private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our portfolio of training courses.
* Identify opportunities, qualify leads, soft sell courses and schedule appointments for the business development team.
* Maintain accurate records of all calls and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
* Follow up on marketing campaigns, email enquiries, and website leads.
* Provide clear, professional information about available courses, upcoming dates, and booking options.
* Achieve agreed call and conversion targets.
* Support the wider sales and marketing team with follow-up activity and client engagement.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
* Basic IT and CRM experience.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and organised.
