Our client in Bedfordshire is seeking a talented and committed Health & Social Care Teacher to join their vibrant and dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 to 5 and make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging Health & Social Care lessons to students across KS3–KS5.

• Use data and assessment to track progress and set high expectations for all learners.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic growth and enthusiasm for the subject.

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

• Engage in wider school life, including enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing CPD and professional collaboration across the school.

About You:

• A degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.

• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) and experience teaching Health & Social Care to KS4/KS5.

• Passionate about subject education and committed to student achievement.

• Excellent classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.

• A proactive, reflective practitioner who values innovation and inclusion.
