Who We’re Looking For
* A confident leader with strong people skills and commercial awareness.
* Passionate about aquatics, sports participation, and community wellbeing.
* Experienced in sales, marketing, programme development or leisure management.
* Able to balance strategy with hands-on engagement when needed.
* Creative, energetic and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
