Marston Green Infant Academy is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions
* Provide essential support to the School Business Manager in operational tasks
* Maintain student records, admissions, attendance using the schools MIS system - SIMS
* Manage Site and Administrative staff Maintain and update school policies and procedures
* Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with GDPR
* Support the Trustees of the Academy as Governance Professional
* Experience in an administrative or office management role within an educational setting
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A friendly, approachable demeanour and strong customer service skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with school management software (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
