MR PORTER.COM Digital Marketing team is now seeking a Senior Digital Performance Executive to join the team based in our Westfield, London.
Location: Our offices in Westfield, London (Shepherd's Bush)
Reporting into: Digital Marketing Manager
Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
Team Size: 4 resources, and part of a wider team
Contract Length: 9 months

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
7. Lead and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other key search engines
8. Develop strategy and set priorities for paid search with a focus on growing results and efficiency
9. Manage and allocate large budgets, making decisions based on data and business goals
10. Collaborate with teams (brand, analytics, e-commerce) to share insights and drive best practices
11. Introduce new testing methods and automation to improve performance
12. Conduct regular data analysis to identify opportunities and report performance to stakeholders
13. Oversee product feed management and promotional activity integration
14. Document processes, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement
15. Mentor and support the paid search team, sharing expertise and encouraging development
The type of person we are looking for:
16. Strong experience in paid search (3+ Years), including setup, management, and optimisation (especially Google Ads and feeds)
17. Ability to analyse complex data and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations
18. Comfortable managing large budgets and making strategic, results-driven decisions
19. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
20. Experience with bid strategies, automation, and advanced optimisation techniques
21. Previous mentoring or team support experience is desirable
22. Adaptable, commercial, and proactive approach
