Role details
Goldenhill Resource Centre is looking to recruit a Band 6 CPN to their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for management of their own caseload across the Clydebank area, as well as the management and supervision of trained and untrained staff, including nursing students, within the Nursing Team. The post holder will provide comprehensive, specialist nursing care, including the assessment of patient care needs, the development and evaluation of programmes of care, to clients with often complex health and social care needs.
Suitable candidates should be skilled and compassionate, ideally with experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive community mental health service, delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex health and social care needs.
As a Band 6 nurse you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing comprehensive, specialist nursing care. This includes the assessment of patient needs, development and evaluation of care plans, and the delivery of evidence-based interventions. You will also contribute to the supervision and development of both trained and untrained staff, including nursing students within the team.
