We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Business Support Officer (Part Time) to join our Management Support/PA Team. This role is integral in providing essential administrative support to our dedicated Assistant Directors. Our Team plays a crucial role in building strong relationships that empower the Assistant Directors to work more efficiently, stay well-organised, and proactively anticipate their needs. By forward planning and assisting in the completion of their roles, the Management Support Team ensures that our Assistant Directors can focus on their key responsibilities without any hindrance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Directors.
* Organise and support meetings, including on-site meetings.
* Work in an organised way, with attention to detail, and be able to collate information from a variety of sources.
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Undertake financial processes
* Work in a hybrid setup across two sites, with at least two days a week in the office.
About you:
Are you a ‘can-do' person, who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service?
Are you able to work effectively within a dedicated team environment, be child and customer focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible forward-thinking and creative approach?
* You will have a critical role in the effective day to day work of the Business Support Service through good literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills.
* You will possess strong customer service skills, have a strong focus on quality and be very organised.
* You will have the skills and confidence to meet tight deadlines; and communicate well at various levels whilst being flexible, and proactive.
* Your strong administrative experience will enable you to solve varied problems working with initiative and minimal supervision.
