Post Producer Central London Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote) £36–38k My client is a warm and friendly creative and content agency based in London; committed to producing effective, high-quality and beautiful work across filmed content, animation and motion design. About the Role As Post Producer, you will lead the delivery of post-led projects; from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met. You’ll work closely with a Senior Producer. editors, animators, and designers to manage workflows and maintain technical excellence across a range of digital and campaign outputs. You’ll also support larger productions and occasionally take on full production projects, particularly those with a strong post production component. Key Responsibilities Manage post-led projects across edit, animation, and motion design Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans Liaise with clients on timelines, approvals, and delivery Collaborate with creative and production teams to uphold quality Oversee technical workflows including ingest, versioning, colour grading, and sound editing Support pitches, workflow planning, and sustainable production practices What They're Looking For 4 years’ experience in post-production or animation producing Strong understanding of editing, animation, and static asset workflows Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines Excellent communication and client management skills Familiarity with the full production process, including shoot planning A calm, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for craft Why Here, Why Now?
