The Salary: £25,000
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm. Fridays are a 2pm finish!
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
2. Preparing and issuing accurate client quotations
3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
4. Carrying out general office administration duties as required
About You
5. Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred
6. Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
8. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
