We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Shared Services Manager to join a well-established and reputable organisation based in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing shared services team during a pivotal period of transformation and delivery.
Contract: 6-month FTC
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function
2. Ensure delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administration and operational support
3. Drive performance and service standards in line with KPIs and SLAs
4. Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital tools
5. Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance capability and service delivery
6. Champion a customer-focused approach across all HR interactions
Key Requirements:
7. Proven experience in HR operations and shared service environments
8. Strong working knowledge of HR administration, systems, and digital tools
9. Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
10. Results-driven, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and excellent customer service
11. Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
