We’re currently hiring German-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. The Role:
No prior experience is required, but we’re looking for individuals who are:

Key Responsibilities:
* Making sales calls to existing and prospective clients to promote Optimus Search
* Attending client meetings and negotiating rates
* Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content
* Sourcing and headhunting candidates with specialist skills
* Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
