The Canterbury Academy Trust is seeking a Full Time Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly team in Canterbury. Successful candidates will support a nurturing environment for children aged 3 months to 4 years. Responsibilities include promoting learning through play and acting as a Key Worker.
Starting in May 2026, the position requires 45 hours of work per week (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm) with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
