Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Consumer Response Assistant to join our Quality Team for a Maternity Cover for a period of 12 months. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing Dr. Oetker's consumer feedback process, ensuring all product enquiries, complaints, compliments and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally. You will maintain the RESPOND system, manage voucher stock, collate consumer data from multiple channels including phone, email, social media, website and retailer systems, and support reporting activities by producing weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc complaint insights, including post‑launch reviews. You will also provide cover for the Consumer Response Manager when required and will be responsible for ensuring product safety, legality and quality within your remit, upholding health and safety duties and any additional reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
