Job Advert: Site Supervisor (Roofing Focus) Salary: £45,000 £47,000 per annum Location: Office in Enfield (EN1), with sites across West London, Kingston upon Thames, and North London) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and ensure smooth site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to step into a supervisory role and take ownership of site safety, quality, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Coordinate and manage roofing teams and subcontractors. Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Report progress, issues, and updates to senior management. Support and mentor site operatives, promoting a positive and productive working environment. Requirements SSTS or SMSTS certification (essential). Valid driving licence (essential). Asbestos Awareness training (preferred, but training can be provided). NVQ qualification (preferred, but not essential). Previous experience in a trade roofing preferred, but other trades considered. Comfortable working at heights and supervising roofing projects. Benefits & Perks Split role: 50% site-based / 50% office-based.
