Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Milton Keynes.
Pay: £15.91 per hour weekdays & Saturdays, £16.97 per hour Sundays.
Hours: Up to full-time hours (2x 24 hr shifts per week, 08:00 - 08:00 including sleep in)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 20's who has complex needs due to a spinal injury, including tetraplegia, chest down paralysis, limited hand function and risk of autonomic dysreflexia.
He lives at home with a support team 24/7. He enjoys the gym, TV/film, music, rugby and has an active social life with family and friends. He had a very active lifestyle prior to his injury and wants to continue that as much as possible. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.
