Role Accountabilities: Provide operational and administrative support to the Maintenance & Repair team Coordinate and schedule work for field-based service engineers Act as a central point of contact for customer communication (email and phone) Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate data entry within the CRM system Prepare job documentation and raise paperwork for service engineers Process post-service invoicing accurately and promptly Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required The Candidate: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proven administrative experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident IT skills and experience using CRM systems Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets Strong team player with a collaborative approach Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment Proactive and solutions-focused Calm and organised in a fast-moving environment Customer-focused with a professional manner Reliable and committed to delivering high standards CSG is an equal opportunities employer with a commitment to the practice of equal opportunity without prejudice or discrimination in all of its workplaces.
