Band 5 Registered Nurse, Outpatients, 75 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatients Team at Workington Outpatients and the new Community Diagnostic Centre.
Role Responsibilities
1. Supervise Band 3 HCA's and manage various clinics including neurophysiology, urology, cardiology, and respiratory.
2. Independently manage clinical workload and ensure the safe operation of clinics.
3. Perform diagnostic tests such as spirometry, ECG monitoring, cardiovascular observations, venepuncture, height and weight measurements, urinalysis, bladder scans, and flow tests.
4. Practice effective communication and organizational skills, ensuring the clinics run smoothly and safely.

Additional Information
The Trust offers a twelve-month preceptorship for all newly registered healthcare professionals, supporting those returning to practice, transitioning into new roles, or changing clinical environments.
