Benefits: 33 days holiday Pension Full-time permanent position based in Coatbridge Monday to Thursday 7:30am4:30pm with an early finish on Fridays at 12:30pm Stable working hours with no current shift work Potential future backshift with a 15% pay uplift if introduced Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and quality Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC lathes to manufacture components to specification Interpret engineering drawings accurately and produce parts to customer requirements Select appropriate tooling and machining methods for each job Ensure all components are produced to a high standard and within specified tolerances Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where necessary Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times Adhere strictly to health & safety legislation, internal xxuwjjq procedures, and effective use of PPE Requirements Time-served CNC Turner with proven industry experience Strong ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings Demonstrable experience programming CNC lathes Good knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and best practices Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality focused
