The team advises a broad client base, including developers, investors, lenders, and high net worth individuals, across all areas of commercial real estate, such as: Acquisitions and disposals (conditional and unconditional) Portfolio management Secured lending for lenders and borrowers Landlord and tenant work (leases, agreements for lease, surrenders, etc.) Real estate support on corporate transactions You'll work in a collaborative environment with strong growth ambitions, leading on high-value transactions and playing a key role in client development.
