Niche Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with Urathon Europe Ltd, a long-established and expanding manufacturer and distributor of mobility aids, ADL equipment and medical devices, to recruit a Sales Representative – Medical Equipment Specialist. With more than 30 years of industry experience and continued investment in new product development, Urathon is entering an exciting phase of growth across retail mobility, community equipment services and wider UK distribution channels.
This role sits at the heart of the company’s commercial expansion and offers genuine influence within the business. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll take responsibility for developing and growing Urathon’s UK customer base, combining hands-on field sales with collaboration across marketing, operations and product teams. As the business continues to scale, this role also offers a clear pathway into a more senior sales position.
This role is based from Urathon’s head office in Calne, with a requirement to be office-based at least two days per week, alongside regular UK travel. The position offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000, plus an attractive commission package and use of a company van.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit mobility retailers and community equipment providers across the UK, presenting products and building long-term relationships
* Develop existing accounts while identifying and converting new sales opportunities
* Support product launches through demonstrations, training and customer feedback
* Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and gather market insight
Skills & Experience:
* Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within a consultative or solution-led environment
* Confidence demonstrating and explaining technical or physical products
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and manage a geographic territory
* Strong communication skills with a professional, credible and approachable style
