A great opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to work as part of a dedicated team in our busy vehicle preparation department which is based at Whiffler Road in Norwich.

You will be a key member of a 25 strong team not only carrying out key administrative functions but also an integral part of assisting to ensure all vehicles are fully prepared to the customers’ requirements and delivered on time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who has great attention to detail, is organised and has a positive attitude. Excellent communication together with strong administration skills using our computer systems are crucial to this role as these are key to our continued growth and success.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Creation of workflows within our computer systems for each vehicle
* Reviewing tasks created and timelines to ensure these are achievable
* Daily updating of progress records for each vehicle within our systems
* Liasing with team leaders to support in all elements of vehicle preparation
* Daily invoicing of all completed vehicles to ensure this is always up to date
* Provide additional support in the office assisting with a variety of tasks
