The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes. You’ll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including: * Cost planning and estimating * Procurement advice and tender management * Contract administration and post-contract cost control * Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts * Building and maintaining strong client relationships You’ll be working on projects typically valued between £5m and £50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
