The Role:
As a Manager, you’ll lead Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and strategic projects for top-tier Private Equity clients globally. You’ll be the driving force behind engagements, managing small, high-performing teams (typically a SA and an Analyst), delivering insight-rich recommendations, and working directly with senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
* 6–8 years’ experience in Commercial Due Diligence or strategy consulting
* Background in top-tier firms
* Proven ability to run deal projects end-to-end
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen
* Comfortable managing clients and mentoring junior team members
