Job Description
* Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
* Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
* Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate and monitor staff training and development programmes.
* Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.
* Generate HR reports and assist with audits as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in HR within the education or a similar sector.
* Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
* Gone through ISI inspection
* Enhanced DBS in place
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
