Business/Transaction Manager – Car Sales

Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday, with one day off weekly and every other weekend off.
Salary: OTE £60,000 + Company Car

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Sales Manager across all sales department areas
* Ensuring all inquiries are entered into the DMS system (Dealerweb)
* Maximizing income through finance and soft product sales
* Completing all sales via ICT System and maintaining FCA compliance
* Engaging with customers in the showroom and over the phone to improve sales
* Monitoring finance and product penetration rates
* Providing offer sheets with finance options and products
* Driving sales performance through proactive finance renewals and prospecting
* Presenting and selling GAP insurance at handover
* Promoting a culture of excellence in inquiry management, including presentation videos, high-quality emails, and diligent follow-ups
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience
* Proficiency in operating computer systems efficiently and accurately
* Strong attention to detail for processing sales documents
* Proven sales and management track record
* Solid understanding of finance products and sales strategies
* History of achieving high finance and product penetration rates
