TICG (The Innovation Creative Group) is a Nottingham based innovation group bringing together a collective of ambitious brands that share a single mission: to create value through innovation. Our portfolio spans digtal and tech, community platforms, health tech and property asset firms — each building in its own space but connected by a shared approach: strategic design, AI-driven product development, and capital efficient growth. We back founder-first initiatives and regional innovation, and we build ventures that solve real-world problems.
The role
We’re on the lookout for a talented Mid‑Senior Content Producer to join the team. You’ll take ownership of content across a portfolio of brands — planning what gets made, executing the work, coordinating with the wider team and external partners, and reporting back on what’s working through analytics and data.
The core of the role is the written content: blog and long‑form articles, website copy, marketing campaigns, email and social. There’s also scope to contribute to short‑form video — shooting and editing — if that’s something you enjoy.
This is a role for someone with experience. We need a strong writer who can think strategically, plan their own week.
What you’ll be doing
* Take ownership of the content function: planning, executing, coordinating with the wider team.
* Lead and contribute to written content across a single brand to start — blog, website copy, lead magnets, landing pages, email, and social.
* Shape editorial direction: spot gaps, suggest angles, and bring strategic thinking to what we publish and why.
* Working with AI as part of your workflow.
* Produce and edit short‑form social content — LinkedIn posts, carousels, and newsletters.
* Brief designers and review creative work before it ships.
* Contribute to short‑form video where appropriate — shooting basic talking‑head clips and light edits for social.
* Monitor performance — track analytics across channels, surface what’s working, and use the data to improve content over time.
* Present ideas to the team.
What we need
* 4+ years of experience in a content, copywriting, or editorial role.
* A strong portfolio of written work, showing range across formats and brands.
* Confident taking ownership of the work — planning your own week, executing without close supervision, and reporting back on what’s been done and what’s next.
* Comfortable working with others — coordinating with the wider team, freelancers, and external partners to get things shipped.
* Data‑aware — comfortable looking at content performance analytics and using what you see to make better decisions.
* Confident with content systems and tools — Notion, Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and AI tools.
* A proactive attitude, with an eye for detail and a passion for craft.
* Bonus: experience with short‑form video (shooting and editing), SEO basics, and design sensibility.
