Job Title: Senior Conveyancer
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £60k-£70k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
I'm working with a well-established firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy and supportive Residential Property team. Due to a sustained increase in transactions, the firm is seeking someone capable of managing their own varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and buy‑to‑lets. You'll handle matters from first instruction through to registration, advising on SDLT and working closely with agents, brokers and other property professionals.
The ideal candidate will be client‑focused, confident working independently, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX is welcome but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team that values excellence, teamwork and dedication.
