We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patients Accounts Officer to join our Highgate Hospital team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.
Responsibilities
* Assist the supervisor and manage Salesforce queues
* Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalations when required
* Manage billing queries through agreed procedures in coordination with the customer services team
* Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team
* Work on a bank basis, not contracted to a set number of hours per week, and work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability
