Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic and highly supportive specialist provision in Telford. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on the lives of children with additional needs.
This setting provides a nurturing, structured, and highly supportive environment for pupils with a range of complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), ADHD, and Autism. * Supporting pupils with SEMH, PMLD, ADHD, and Autism
* Working 1:1 and in small groups
* Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
* Assisting with behaviour management using positive strategies

* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

This role is not suitable for candidates without prior SEN experience due to the complex nature of the setting.
