The availability windows are as follows: Mon 07:00:00 14:00:00; Tue 07:00:00 15:00:00; Thu 07:00:00 14:00:00; Fri 07:00:00 14:00:00; Sat 14:00:00 23:00:00. Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour and increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; options to work fewer hours (minimum of 12) are also available. We will schedule your contracted hours within the available times and provide 3 weeks notice of shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your availability matches closely but not exactly the advertised times. Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Putting into practice the training received to work safely, effectively, and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines in-store that meet customer needs at the right time.
* Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
* Being knowledgeable about store performance and the role you play in driving service, sales, reducing waste, shrink and delivering profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
* Being yourself, living Tesco values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies.
* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
