Due to the success of some recent incredible award winning campaigns, they are looking to grow their Motion team.
This role is ideal for someone with solid industry experience with a real passion for film, broadcast and entertainment.

The position requires strong design and animation skills, focusing on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. Proficiency in After Effects and the Creative Cloud suite is essential, along with the ability to streamline workflows while maintaining creativity. We strive to produce dynamic, engaging work across theatrical, broadcast, and social media platforms
Candidates must be passionate about expressive design, storytelling, and innovative motion graphics. If you're excited about typography, animation, 2D/3D design, and scripting, this is the place for you to bring your ideas to life.
This role will be highly collaborative with the wider team so is predominantly office based with some flexibility to work from home. Therefore you must be able to travel into Central London for this role.
Experience
* Relevant professional experience in motion design
* Portfolio/Showreel required to showcase creative and technical skills
Essential Skills
* After Effects, including common plug-ins (Element, Trapcode)
* Typography and Cinema 4D proficiency
* Concept development and design in Photoshop/Illustrator
Desirable Skills
* 3D modeling, character design, branding
* Knowledge of 3D render engines (Arnold, Redshift)
* Storyboarding, pre-viz, and animatics
* VFX, compositing, digital illustration, VR/AR production
* Scripting, filming, photography for VFX, social media trends
