Salary: £32,916 - £45,351.28 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications).
About the role
Heart of Supply is welcoming passionate, reliable and inspiring Primary Supply Teachers to join our growing team, supporting a fantastic network of schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas, starting ASAP/April 2026.
We offer flexible opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, from day-to-day cover to short and longer-term placements, giving you the freedom to shape your week around your lifestyle, wellbeing and career goals.
As a supply teacher, you’ll step confidently into the classroom to deliver engaging lessons, follow planned schemes of work and provide a calm, structured learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. Your ability to build quick rapport, manage behaviour positively and adapt with ease will help pupils feel settled, supported and ready to learn.
Whether you’re teaching phonics in Reception, nurturing independence in KS1, or guiding Year 6 through SATs preparation, your professionalism, consistency and warm presence will make a real difference to the pupils and schools you support.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
