Overview Zaxby's is seeking a motivated General Manager in Training to join our growing Zaxby’s team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop into a General Manager and lead one of our restaurants. During the first 3 months, the General Manager in Training will complete a structured training program focused on restaurant operations, leadership development, and financial management. After successfully completing the program, the candidate will transition into the General Manager role for one of our new restaurant locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding restaurant group. Training Program The General Manager in Training will complete a hands-on training program designed to prepare them to run their own restaurant. Training will focus on: Restaurant operations and brand standards Team leadership and culture building Hiring, onboarding, and staff development Inventory, scheduling, and cost management Financial performance and P&L basics Guest experience and operational excellence Training will take place within existing Zaxby's restaurants and include direct mentorship from experienced leaders.
