This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a solid background in real estate finance or secured lending who's looking to step into high-quality work in a team with a strong reputation across the region and beyond. You'll be joining a friendly, high-performing team with a good balance of experience and a modern approach to flexible working. The Role You'll be acting for a mix of lenders, borrowers, developers, and investors on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, including: Acting on behalf of banks, challenger lenders, and private funders on secured lending matters. Advising borrowers on acquisition finance, development finance, and refinancing. Working closely with colleagues across real estate, corporate, and banking to deliver a seamless service on complex, multi-party transactions. Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, legal charges, and dealing with title and due diligence issues. What They're Looking For A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 2-6 years PQE in real estate finance or general property work with an interest in finance matters. Comfortable advising on property elements of secured lending - understanding of facility agreements, debentures, and legal charges is ideal. A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients and can handle transactions with minimal supervision (depending on level).
