We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and well established insurance broker in the Midlands. Following many years of strong growth and exceeding branch growth targets has led to the need to further strengthen the business
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Executiveto join the business and inherit a book of existing clientsand also have the drive to seek out those new business opportunities.
THE ROLE
* To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of business
* Work within a strong and well establishedteam of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each other
* To work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needsto deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmes
* To work within the region to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the area
THE CANDIDATE
* An Account Executive who is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinkingcompany
* Excellentcross class knowledge of Commercial Lines of business
* Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clientsto convert
* ExceptionalStakeholder management skillsand an ability to operate on a multi levelbasis
* Ability to work on own initiative or part of a cooperative and supportive team environment
THE REWARD
* Salary to£70,000
