A leading manufacturing business, are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. Producing estimates for jobs for customers, if you have the relevant sales administrative and order processing experience, please apply today!
1. Liaising with customers, analysing their requirements and producing costings based on materials and labour requirements.
2. Using Sage software to input estimates and provide quotes.
3. Liaising with customers, inputting orders and costings
4. Communicating with customers regarding any issues with their orders, ensuring quality levels are met at all times.
5. Building strong customer relationships, via phone and emails. Helping with any invoicing, quality, or other issues in a timely manner
6. Processing customer order and schedules, producing production paperwork.
7. Administrative and distribution of picking lists
8. Internal sales order progression, liaising with production and planning.
9. Creation of delivery notes and any stock corrections
10. Booking delivery in with external carriers and producing relevant delivery notes
11. Invoicing and all other relevant administrative duties as required
