FP&A Manager - Strategic Finance | Aviation Finance & Leasing | London
We’re partnering with a growing international platform operating within the asset-backed finance space to appoint an FP&A professional into a high-impact, commercially focused role.

The role:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year planning processes
* Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives
* Deliver scenario analysis and business case evaluation
* Provide insight into cost drivers, revenue performance, and key trends
* Partner with teams across the business to align financial and commercial objectives
* Support the development of FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics capability
About you:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE
* Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, including scenario analysis
* Background in FP&A, finance business partnering, or analytical finance roles
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
* Experience in financial services or asset‑backed / asset‑heavy environments is advantageous
