Become a Retail Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of the brand on the shop floor, creating moments that delight customers and support the team. Your duties include delivering exceptional service, recommending products, maintaining store standards, operating tills accurately, supporting deliveries, and keeping the store well‑stocked and safe.
Your Mission
* Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every customer.
* Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
* Operate tills accurately and handle transactions with care.
* Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and product availability.
* Follow all operational procedures, including health & safety and loss prevention.
* As a Keyholder (if applicable), open and close the store securely, support cash handling, and maintain store security.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet store targets and KPIs.
* Stay informed about promotions, products, and services to help customers make informed choices.
* Be a brand ambassador—positive, professional, and passionate about what we do.
* Manage physically demanding tasks such as handling stairs and heavy stock.

* Comfortable using tills and handling cash.
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
* Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
* For Keyholders: experience with store opening/closing and basic supervisory responsibilities.
Keyholder Responsibilities
When you are over 18 and receive training, you may be given keyholder duties, allowing you to gain additional management experience and enhanced pay.
* Opening and closing the store.
* Cashing up.
* Carrying out management responsibilities.
