Graduate Estimator | Commercial Fit-Out | Manchester

Your Role:
You'll gain hands-on experience in costing and tendering, directly supporting project delivery. You'll learn to:
* Prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
* Analyze project specifications and client requirements.
* Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes.
* Build detailed cost breakdowns and financial proposals.
* Assess commercial risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with design, project management, and sales teams.
What We Need:
* Recent degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
* Eager-to-learn attitude with a genuine interest in commercial interiors.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and teamwork.
Your Package:
* Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE).
