There is an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join our team within Alderley Group and Alderley Partnerships, based in our Regional Office in Birchwood, Warrington. You will manage our developments from inception to completion, driving new business and land opportunities while coordinating with other departments.
About the Role:
As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our projects through every stage of development. Your responsibilities will include evaluating land viability, overseeing strategic planning, leading project teams, and ensuring that each development is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will internally lead on projects from pre-acquisition through to detailed design, plus the responsibility to manage design, appraisal, cost plan and lead consultant / internal team to typically RIBA 3.
