You ll work closely with staff to design individual and group programmes that support personal development, build confidence and make lasting memories. IND1 About you You must have experience of working with children and young people who have severe learning disabilities. It would be a big advantage if this experience was in a special school or residential setting. You'll be able to identify and reach appropriate goals, solving problems in a flexible way appropriate for each young person. It would be helpful if you have a relevant professional qualification or the ability to work towards one. You must be a driver with your own transport which is insured for business use.
