The Role: - Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records. - Answer incoming calls and emails professionally. - Greet office visitors and direct phone calls, as necessary. - Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy. - Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. - Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. - Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process. - Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities. - Undertake general office and administrative duties as required. About You: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease. - Ability to cope under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. - Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. - Strong organisational and administrative skills. - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office. - Capacity to work to deadlines and meet targets. Responsibilities include: - Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. - Building tailored recruitment solutions aligned with client needs. - Visiting client sites to strengthen relationships and understand operational demands. - Managing monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets. - Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate internal records. - Overseeing timesheets, absences, and compliance for agency workers. - Updating job postings across boards and social media. - Being on-call to address urgent staffing needs.
