The Role As a Town Planner, you will: Support the promotion of land opportunities through the planning system. Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development strategies. Undertake site assessments and contribute to masterplanning work. Engage with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to help secure implementable permissions. Monitor planning policy changes and advise internal teams accordingly. Work on a diverse pipeline of residential-led schemes across the region. About You We’d love to speak with candidates who have: RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent. Experience gained in a developer, consultancy, or local authority environment. Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes. Excellent written communication and report-writing skills. Proactive approach, strong organisation, and the confidence to liaise with external partners.
