Care Assistant
Location: Gentian Place, Lester Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Employment Type: Part‑time, 20 hours per week
Salary: £14.12 - £15.42 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
* Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
* Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
* Providing care according to individual care packages

Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a UK health and social care role, preferred
* Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus but not essential
* Personality: Caring, dependable, passionate about supporting older adults
* Location: Residing within commuting distance of the development
