Assistant Centre Manager Required for a busy Fast Fit Centre in Workington
Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to progress into a supervisory role? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive service centre in Workington for the position of Assistant Centre Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support daily operations, lead a professional team, and deliver outstanding customer service within a busy environment.

Duties:
10. Assist the Centre Manager with the smooth running of the service centre
11. Help manage workloads, staffing levels, and operational targets
12. Monitor and control stock levels effectively
13. Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained
14. Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
15. Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
16. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
17. Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
18. Strong leadership and organisational skills
19. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
20. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
21. Full UK driving licence
