The Role Handle motor injury claims from instruction through to conclusion Work on both pre-litigation and litigated cases Manage client relationships with insurers and claims handling companies Apply effective negotiation and litigation strategies Deliver high-quality client service and case management Experience Required 1 year plus relevant legal experience Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor/motor recovery work Strong client-facing and case management skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proven negotiation skills Why Apply?
