Role Overview:
The Head of Business will oversee the operations of a major flagship dealership, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry, capable of driving growth and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, commercial vehicle and fleet departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Drive financial performance, managing budgets, and achieving sales targets.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in a senior management (Flagship HOB, DP, CMA leader, MD, Ops Director) role within the automotive industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a large dealership, with a track record of achieving financial and operational excellence.
- Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills.
