Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments for clients
- Ensure proper medication administration and documentation
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the absence of the Manager
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care setting
- Strong knowledge of senior care practices and regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
Essentials:
* Minimum of Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or related field
* Driver with own vehicle
* Partake in the on call rota
